It all has a positive effect on the enviroment.
At school as a child I always remember the 3 r’s as reading writing and at arithmetic.
Now the 3 r’s for adults and children are reduce reuse recycle.
School around the UK are educating our children the 3 r’s about recycling and doing this in such a fun way that the kids take this on board, teaching kids at a young age about recycling is very important as their actions in later life will have a positive effect on our environment.
Some of the things they are teaching them are changing a simple weight of household rubbish and turning it into x amounts Africa elephants or double decker buses so they can get a picture of how much goes into our landfill and enters the water stream
By educating children now about reduce reuse recycle they will pass it on to their children and the cycle continues.
