The recycle symbols to the right are symbols you will find on packaging for plastics.

1 PETE Polyethylene Terepthalate.
This recycle symbol can be found on fizzy drinks , bottle of juice , cooking oils and water.
Recycling points are located throughout UK anywhere you see the recycle symbols.

2 HDPE High Density Polethylene.
This recycle symbol can be found on milk bottle , juice bottles , washing up liquid bottles , bath and shower bottles.
Recycle points are located throughout the UK anywhere you see the recycle symbols.

3 V Polyvinyl Chloride.
This is usualy in bottle form but it is not that common these days.

4 LDPE Low Density Polyethylene.

5 PP Polypropylene.

6 PS Polystrene.

7 OTHER.
All other resins and multi materiels.

These recycle symbols can be found on many types of packaging and are made from the above materials examples, plastics around vegetable and meats.

Due to the mixture of compounds these plastice are hard to recycle
and not usualy recycled in the UK.
